bearded silkies don't get wattles FYI, even the males. so if you see cheek puffs don't expect to use wattle development as a guide. look for streamers in the back of the crest, and a taller more muscular stance

Yeah he or she was the runt of the litter so maybe thats why he or she is so feisty not tbe gender. Fingers crossed
