Handsome cockerel, male saddle feathers won't be coming in just yet, but I am seeing the beginnings of pointed hackle feathers around his neck. Male vs. female feathering is always harder to see with white birds at this age. Also note his bright red comb.

Everyone else says cockerel... but I wouldn't give up hope of it being a pullet just yet. Awfully red comb, though.

Yep. I was going to say boy too. Largely because of the comb, but you can also start to see it in his shape.
