What do y’all think this baby’s gender is. I was thinking it’s a roo but I don’t see a curved comb.

That chart listed is not very accurate in my opinion. More trends rather than rules

He's a cockerel.

The chart doesn't work past one or two days old and only on very specific breeds and crosses. Cochins, so far as I'm aware, isn't one of them.
