Gender of lopsided chick

At the end of May we hatched a batch of mixed breed chicks with one of our broody hens. Recently it's becoming clear we've got four pullets and a cockerel, but I'm just not sure about the last one. I thought he was a cockerel at first, but now I'm not so sure. He doesn't bite like his brother, and he has strange, lopsided wattles. One's quite big, and the other's tiny. Could anyone tell me what gender this chick is? Or if he might be a chimera, or something like that?

He’s a cockerel. I have no idea why his wattles are lop sided though, maybe he’s just a bit...strange.
