Gender of two RIR's?

Mine are only about 4-5 weeks old so it's probably way too early to tell right?

Also "Penny" has a thicker more pronounced comb than the rest
Sometimes birds develop faster than others. Penny is probably a cockerel.
 
They certainly can! I've had pullets with thicker legs than their cockerels though!
It’s weird how a lot of tells can also apply to hens like spurs. I had NO idea hens had a chance of growing spurs. So honestly, it’s just a waiting game lol.
 
Okay, I just got on here for the first time in a while, so I wanted to reply to some of the questions asked (and I want to thank you for the help). The RIR's are around 11 weeks old. Their combs are hardly close to developing (their wattles are just now coming in), and they've finally started to color.
 
Okay, here are some full pictures of the chicks. I went on a chicken photography craze.
