I dont think my Blue is a black shoulder but the females may have come from one. The male just moved in on his own so I got him the females so he would stop chasing the wild turkeys down the road and stop playing games on me making me think he was being attacked by some cougar, wolf, bear, bobcat, raccon, you get the picture he figured out quick how to push my buttons, he follows me everywhere and watches everything I do. I planted onion bulbs didn't know he was watching, got done and went in to get a drink of water only to look out the window to see him digging up the bulbs and playing in the sand, I yelled " Kevin" he jumped up and ran off only to come back later and gobble up my Azalea plants, lol, actually they were broccoli plants, 6 of them gone in minutes. I finally got the fence up and he yelled for two hours straight because he could not walk into the garden even though the silt fence in only 5 ft high and he jumps that high no problem.
