Gender please

I am new to raising chicks. My friend gave me eggs to put under my broody hen and this big black one is the only one that survived. It is 8 weeks old. I wasn’t sure what breed it would be considered. Or the gender. My friends rooster is a lavender Orpington and the hen was an olive egger.
It is way bigger than the other 3 that I just got. The breeder claimed they were also 8 weeks. Is this one just huge? Or did he lie and they are younger?

It's a pullet.
If she's lays colored eggs, she'd be considered an Easter Egger. If not, she's just a mutt.

Looks like a pullet to me!
I say the smaller ones are younger than they really are.
