Gender?...Truly Stumped! 12 weeks old

The white patterned pullet (Columbian pattern) is the only pullet I see in any of the photos. All the other birds pictured appear to be young cockerels.

As far as which rooster to keep, I wouldn't make a decision at this age unless you have some definite behavioral issues from any of them. But I'd keep the cockerel that has the best personality and most gentlemanly demeanor towards his lady friend/s. Although with only one pullet, you will want to get more or there is a chance that the cockerel can overbreed her.

I would keep the sweetest cockerel and rehome the others.

Pick the one that stick tightest to the pullet and doesn't approach you. Overly friendly cockerel tend to turn into human aggressive roosters.

The white one sticks right next to the NN and he doesn't peck and fight as much as the others but he does always defend and guard her.

For learning purposes, if you don't mind, can you tell me why the barred one is a cockerel? I was pretty sure the white one was a pullet, and the turken and the red/gray one were cockerels, but I don't see it in the barred. What am I missing?

Comb and wattle are big for this age. Def not pullet.

Keep in mind that if you keep the 'timid' or nice one... once the other two are gone, his personality could change because the flock dynamic has changed.

In all reality, if your not planning on breeding you really don't need a cockerel/rooster at all.
