I have been wondering about the gender of all 8 of my chicks who are now 9-11 weeks old I believe, any idea what gender they are?

Their breed is mixed with an Austra White and a Rhode Island RedYou’ll know for sure by 12 weeks old, but if they’re 9-11 weeks already, most of them are looking pulletish to me! I will add that if they are younger than this then the darker birds are suspicious, but it depends what breeds they are a mix of as I would expect the combs to be more red in most by 11 weeks.

These are the parentsDo you have pictures of the parents?
The dark chick in the last photo appears to have a pea comb, which should not be possible when the parents are those breeds. Photo 3 is either the same dark chick, or another one that also appears to have a pea comb.
