Looks like a buff orpington pullet. Meyer hatchery say they usually start laying around 20-24 weeks, and with a co.b that red I wouldn't be surprised if she starts laying soon. Although, sometimes if they reach point of lay in the fall when the days are starting to shorten they may bold off on starting to lay until the days start getting longer again after the solstice.
