i need some help identifying the white one's gender and is the reddish one a sex linK?

Looks like an EE cockerel, and the pullet appears to be a red sex link.

There was just someone here who was sad they didn't have any EE roos, maybe you guys live near each other and you could give one away, lol!

Are you saying it is a cockerel because of the red face? The comb itself does not look very big. EE covers alot of birds, doesn't it, so what breed i it? I really like that head and face. Sort of hawk like. And I keep seeing pictures of them, but no one every says what they are. I have 4 EE's and hoping one will look like this. I just noticed the dark legs on this one, mine all have light legs. Just trying to learn. Beautiful bird.

The coloring on that bird is only found on roosters.Hens won't have that dark red on the wing, as a rule they're drab, colored more to blend in vs attract attention like a rooster.
EEs frequently have a hawk like look, esp the hens who are partridge-ish colored.

The first pic does look like a red sex link.

But oh so true. I was raised being told roosters were bright and splashy to attract hens (and direct predators to them first), hens are drab and plain to camoflauge better when they're sitting on a nest.
