Cockerel?

Doesn't the Cockerel have the 2 layers of feathers?

These guys are still to young to sex. What to look for when sexing them is the color of the comb (dull red/ orange vs bright red with large wattles) and how quickly they feather out. Cockerels feather out more slowly compared to hens. Cockerels back feathers, tail and breast feathers come in the slowest. Maybe show a face shot and we maybe able to take a guess at the sex.

they are to old to try to feather sex and to young to sex in general. feather sexing takes place right after they are dry from hatching. re-post when they get to 6 weeks or older
