Gender?

I'm thinking this is an EE cockerel, almost 15 weeks old. Want to see what the rest of you think before I try to sell him. I don't want to get rid of a pullet as I have encountered neighbours that are always desperate for eggs.

It looks pretty big but I can't really tell with his tail like that. Does he always hold it low like that? If you could get another pic I might be able to tell.

Well, the tail feathers look a little bit curved and may be sickle feathers.

He's holding it low because it's raining.

Looks like saddle feathers and dark patches coming in on the wings, might want to get a better picture of his back, but it looks like a boy to me. I have to say those are some white legs, do you know what cross he is?

The lady I bought the eggs from just said EE, and I never saw her flock. Most of the chicks from that batch have whitish-pinky legs, so maybe a gene from the rooster? (She only had one rooster)

Interesting that he would keep the white legs, he does have a peacomb, and he is such a solid red/orange color too. Wonder if she had a buff orpington. Sorry yours looks to be a roo.
