General problems

Thanks to all for the help and suggestions. I have had concerns about the roost height and poop board being in the way for some time now. I will make some adjustments and try again in the future. The roost height is about 4' and the poop board is about 8" lower. When they huddled at night it was always in the corner by the door making it very hard to enter the coop to move them because they would fall out onto the ground. THANKS AGAIN FOR THE HELP! MORE SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOME!

For the nesting boxes place eggs/golf balls in the nest as a decoy for your flock. As for the roost, they should find it naturally but it may be to high/low. Make sure the roost is higher than the nest boxes.

i had the same problem with some of mine. took them 2 seasons to settle in and do right. sometime i think its just a big shock for them going from 1 place to another.

Thanks again for all the help and suggestions!

Any others are welcome as I plan for next spring.
