Her throat and belly is so packed and stuffed. It seems like she might have digestion probs.Feel along the back of her head down towards the shoulder. Her throat appears to be normal length, so she's likely holding her head in, with her neck forming an S-shape. You may need to apply gentle pressure to the base of the head towards the ground to get a good look at the neck.
