We are discussing two different genes here: the base pattern (E locus)
And Blue (Bl locus)
Blue and Splash are Extended Black with the blue gene added on top.

Splash E/E Bl/Bl
Duckwing is Duckwing without the blue gene. (Sometimes people call "nonblue" black, but it has nothing to do with Extended Black.)
Duckwing e+/e+ bl+/bl+
Blue is Extended Black based with one copy of the incomplete dominant Blue allele.
Blue E/E Bl/bl+
Therefore, when crossed with Duckwing, you will get offspring that are Extended Black based carrying the recessive Duckwing allele.
Half of the offspring will inherit the Blue gene, half won't.
So the offspring will be
Blue
E/e+ Bl/bl+
and Black
E/e+ bl+/bl+
