I'd suggest learning and playing around with
this calculator. You can go in and change the male and female phenotypes (the 'Browse M' 'F' tabs) to whatever you want from the list (I wish I could sit you down and show you here, but message me with any questions, I will try to help!) I am totally not a genetics expert, but this site in general has some great information if you have the time to click around on it.
As far as I know, though CCL isn't on the breeds list, but you might be able to use Bielefelder or Niederrheiner for the CCL (maybe someone has a better suggestion, though or maybe it's called something else on the list?) (Also of course EE isn't listed since it's not a true breed,) but there are lots of threads that talk about CCL genetics, so you can maybe use them as a reference.
Here's a post talking about CCL genotype and phenotype (and I've seen others, so hopefully a little searching, if you're interested in all that will bring up a lot of info, but at least for the calculator, you can cross reference, if that makes any sense.
Maybe if you list one or two of these crosses in one post at a time, some of the experts here might be able to help easier.
As for the eggs, blue egg genes are dominant, but it will depend if your boy is carrying one or two copies of the blue egg laying gene how he passes it down to his offspring. So when he's crossed with white layer, offspring that lay or carry blue is most likely and when he's crossed with a brown egg layer, it's likely the progeny will lay green or olive eggs, since blue crossed with brown make varying shades of green.
eta: If you don't want to go through all that, I think you're going to get a lot of barnyard mix looking chicks and I think most, if not all will be barred or carry barring since he most likely carries 2 copies of the baring gene. They will be very pretty, though!
