Genetics Question from a beginner

I have been taking care of these 2 for a while now and wanted to see if there was anyway to tell how the offspring will come out. I have read about white and how unpredictable it is. But still wanted to know if there would be a way to tell which genes each carried after the chicks are hatched. Thank you in advance!

I was told the hens color is called trigo but have never heard of it from the short time I've had chickens. I really love her golden tint which is why I got her!

The hen is obviously a Wheaten mottled, but the rooster looks abit like a White Pumpkin.
Still learning about Pumpkin. If I remember correctly it's not fully understood, & is possibly another Allele in the Wheaten Gene.

I think White Pumpkin is just Dominant White X Pumpkin(Not 100% sure though).

So, those bred together will make split mottled Wheatens, possibly pumpkins, & White Pumpkins.

This isn't a color I specialize in, so if anything is incorrect can be corrected.

They are called Aztecas. From Mexico but also popular in US.

Yes that's it. I believe they come from oegb and puerto rican kiris.
