Henk69 here is the rough weights of hatchery stock in kilograms.

Call 0.79378665 - 1.247379 kilograms
Australian Spotted 1.1339809 - 1.3607771 kilograms
Mallard 1.1339809 - 1.5875733 kilograms
Rouen 1.8143695 - 3.628739 kilograms

Back to the original post, I think you would get mutts that are half RIR and would probably be pretty good egg layers.

If you want RIRs I suggest that you purchase the best RIR rooster that you can afford and get 2 quality RIR hens with him, from a breeder, not a hatchery.

Then turn all your chickens together. Your current hens will give you some decent barnyard chicks and you can separate the purebred RIR eggs for you to keep and hatch for your own flock. Those eggs will hatch into good quality RIR for you to keep. Then your half breed chicks will grow up to give you good egg production. As your purebred flock grows, you can eventually end up with an entire flock of nice purebreds.
