Just wanting to know what issues I may have breeding a hen and rooster from the same parents ? I would just like to see if they will be like the parents or a wild card mix. The two are from Spithauben roo over a second generation white EE hen. She lays nice blue eggs and I wonder if that egg color will pass down to.

Breeding 2 EEs is normally fine, but I'm not sure about them being siblings. Usually line breeding is done with father/daughters... I've heard there's a reason not to breed brother/sister but I can't remember exactly. You might have better luck posting your genetics question here:

Hatchery chicks definitely can be Brothers and sisters and definitely not an issue.

These birds have very different genetic backgrounds, and will produce variable offspring. It should be interesting! Don't worry about them being too inbred!
Egg color? I don't have any idea...
