D'Jibouti is the capital of... you guessed it... D'Jibouti. My son when he was in the Marine Corps was stationed there. It's a small country on the Horn of Africa (east coast) and he said it was the saddest, poorest looking place in the world. He said it looked as if the whole world used it to dump their garbage in. Everywhere you looked he said you'd see rusted out vehicles sitting out in the sand and some of them had people living in them. Refuse everywhere. Makes me glad for what I have.
