I see you said the donations would go to Greystone Ranch. They have a pony ride thing. Could they not come out and set that up since we would be giving them any profits?

I asked already, but that is their last day of their "haunted forest". Otherwise, they would help. I do have another source though.

oh there may all ready be one but to cover any costs, if you are allowing people to sell some of their wares there could be a small "booth" fee. We did vendor sales at our school carnival and it was a $10 fee to sell your stuff there. Just a thought.

I am on PTO w/ our school and have planned our fall carnival there for many years so if you need help with anything, I would be glad to do what I can.

I don't think there should be fees to participate. If you charge fees, less people will show to sell. This is not intended to be a charity event. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for charity, but this is not the place. Now, if anyone does give donations for hay rides or whatever, then thats fine. But IMO this should be a free event to allow for maximum participation and patronage.

Wow! I didn't see this. I might actually be able to go to this. It is close enough, though I will have to get Phil to take me because I don't drive in Augusta (I am not "old" I just don't drive well in Augusta because I don't know where anything is and I don't like traffic). November does sound cold though, lol. Still, I might be able to make this one. You guys are doing so good at organizing!
