Get em' fat faster?

Hi!-
I'm raising 30 Brahma and Barred Rock roosters for meat. They are about 4 1/2 months, and I butchered 2 last week, and the only weighed about 2- 2 1/2 pounds butchered weight.
Any suggestions on how I could fatten them up faster?
Also, I'm feeding them 2 times a day.

What are you feeding and how much? Is there a reason you're not free feeding?

Just didn't know if we were suppose to. They are in a tractor all day with grass and bugs, etc.
Feeding Nutrena Nature Wise also co-op feed meat bird... Two grain shovels full a day for 30 birds.

Your in the same boat i am! I have a few extra brahma roos i have in a seperate pen and want to do them at 8 months, they are now about 4 1/2 5 months. I started feeding them game bird feed from ts, as much as they want. First time with doing brahmas so im excited lol just not sure how to plumo them up, i always have people telling me there huge tho.
