Getting a little nervous.

I'm at a loss of words, going into day 21. And the egg is still moving around, Although we half seen a little beak pushing at the crack. This baby just doesn't want to come out. I'm rolling the dice on this one and see what happens tomorrow day 21. If no success, its time to pull out the ole salad spoons and forceps and help baby come out. I believe I'm going to name this one "Rock And Roll" since that is what it's been doing for about 48 hours.
@Pyxis I am worried that tomorrow might be too late for him to help this chick out.

What do you think?

I have 4 silkie eggs in the Incubator and on late day 18 one started to pip. It's been almost 20 hours later and the crack on the egg has not changed. Although, the eggs moves a little off and on. Is this normal or is something going wrong. Incubator is at 68% humidity, Temp 101 had to set higher because mercury thermometers inside read lower than the actual reading on digital thermostat. This incubator I have has about as many temperature variations as the entire United states has from coast to coast. In the corners it reads 98 and in the middle under the heater it can get to 102. Just have to find a happy medium and place the eggs on the tray.
I am sorry that I am not able to help but I just wanted to ask: Where did you get your silkies? I am unable to find them

I'd be tempted to open the air cell, to see what's going on in there.

Also I don't think I saw this asked, is the pip in the right place or is this chick malpositioned?

Well, last night we went ahead and pulled the egg out to start the manual remove process and after looking closer what we thought was a pip is not. Its just a blemish on the egg. We quickly replaced the egg and this morning the egg is still moving as if the chick is moving into place to pip. We went ahead and investigated it more and placed a mercury thermometer in the location were the egg was located for the entire incubation process and the reading was 99 degrees. Now I have came to realize that the development of the chick may have been delayed. This evening if no pip, we are going to puncture a tiny hole in the air sack to start the drying process. I believe it's the only option. I have read reviews on the incubator and its know for bad temp readings. It's a Farm Innovations brand incubator

If them temp has been low then it may take a few more days to hatch.
I'm not sure it's a good idea to poke a hole just yet.
Are you watching for an internal pip?
