Today is the morning of day 22. We had 2 pip on the eve of day 20 and 5 out and fluffy by the end of day 21. Now nothing. Nada. I'm bummed because I have been long awaiting the arrival of my cochin, silkie, and polish eggs, and these guys are just sitting there

This is only my second hatch and the first in my new eco 20. Any chance the other 19 guys are just late arrivals??? Anyone have spread out hatches??? How long should I wait to open that bator? Humidity is high temp has been rock solid. Ideas????

I have read many posts on here of scattered hatchings. I wouldn't worry too much about it right now. And I feel you. We are waiting for 3 Orpington eggs to hatch, and today is day 22 for us too. I made a homemade incubator and the temperature has been up and down, but I try to keep it up as much as possible. All three are swollen with babies, and it is so HARD to wait for them to hatch! Once they are hatched, we may add to the brood. My husband wants to add in a few silkies. Hopefully we'll be able to find some around the same age. Good luck with your hatching. Wishing you well!
