Getting fertilized eggs??? How long?

I keeps hens and my two roosters separate but this morning put one of the roosters in with my girls. How long should it take till the eggs they are laying go from nonfirtilized eggs to fertilized eggs? I was thinking a few days.... Any thought??? Thanks again everyone

A few days sounds about right. I'd wait at least two after actually witnessing the roosters mating with the hens before trying to hatch any of the eggs, but if in doubt, you can crack one open to see if it has the "bulls eye" mark indicating it's been fertilized. Odds are, if one is, most of them will be.
