Another Question.
What are signs of bloat in goats?
I don't have a problem but want to be prepared for it if it happens?
How is it treated ? Is a vet needed or is it easy to fix?
All my Pal says is don't feed them anything other than hay and the kids goat feed..
That's not fun. I like to give them a treat everyday..![]()
They can, but I worry about them choking on them. Too many episodes of Dr. Pol trying to unchoke a goat. Can goats eat alfalfa cubes? I'll get some if they can..
My friend Susan said to break them up. I just have grass hay without much alfalfa so will crush a bunch up for my kids. Fancy is letting me pet her lots..They can, but I worry about them choking on them. Too many episodes of Dr. Pol trying to unchoke a goat.I did feed some last year by breaking them up a bit. Goats will often put the whole thing in their mouths if they can't take a bite of something.
My Husband screwed it all together...I love the little fireplace inside the cabin. My big old goats would be wearing that cabin in 5 minutes.
Looking forward to seeing yours playing in it.
