Make sure to lock them up nightly. My vet tech had one of her goats killed by coyote. Finn can earn his keep watching out for the kids for you.
Definitely only out in that pen during the day or if we are home. Never left alone. Yes Finn definitely loves his animals under his watch. Beat up the dog from next door again this morning..Yikes coyotes.Make sure to lovk them up nightly. My vet tech had one of her goats killed by coyote. We were saying no no no and took it away, they fought us the whole time wanting to eat more. They didn't die from it either. Yet they would get bloat and heat distress! So weird. I like watching your cute goat adventures from here, far away.
So glad we got rid of our goat, our female died from goat Polio.
We have enough stress. The cows were scared to death of that little tiny mean goat, lol.
I'm actually trying to find a used exercise trampoline for the kids..from video's I've watched goats sure love trampolines. I've read on BYC that fainting goats out grow it - and end up with just twitches in their legs - no fainting! Bummer!
