So pullets are 18 weeks old today and still no eggs. I have two golden comets, 1 sex link & 1 EE.

My BLS has a nice tall bright red comb and wattles and one of my comets is almost as much but still no eggs. I go out and check every morning and every night all over their run and coop.

I'm wondering if it might be because we have been flooded with dark cloudy rainy days for two weeks now and they haven't had enough of the sun. Could that be causing a delay?

Just relax.

The eggs are coming! It can take up to 20+ weeks for them to start laying.

You can't rush them. Although, the wait for egss can seem like it takes forever.
