I’m getting some adopted hens are there any supplements or antibiotics I should give them to ensure their health.

What do you mean "adopted"? Are they spent rescue hens of some commercial egg factory?

No to the antibiotics.

Confine them away from your other birds. Go over them for any external parasites. I would deworm them, put them on a high protein all flock feed, some Rooster Booster for the first week and plenty of time and rest.
