Getting the flock out of here - a diary of a crazy chicken man

I had to drop a family member at the train station for her ride home to Brisbane, via Sydney. Thought it was an opportunity to get a Cocobeach tee pic!

The Indian Pacific, over 700m long (nearly half a mile) 30 carriages, 4000hp engine. Average trip speed of 85kph. Takes 3 days and 3 nights from Perth to Sydney.

My sons farewelling their great grandmother.

Hope you day is improving.
Blessings are showered to children sending off their grandparents. God bless!

I thought Oz might like a slice of home...and to see his Cocobeach shirt from around the world out and about!

Glad you liked it mate. Next time I will find something else interesting to share with your shirt on.

When I was about your kids age I dropped my great grandmother of at Central Station in Sydney as she caught the train to Port Augusta in SA.

It bought back a lot of memories.

Thanks for the photos. That shirt is going places.

I absolutely love this! I think great learning opportunities are passed up because children have their eyes glued to a screen in the car. We have taken a 5000 mile road trip and many shorter 1600 mile trips in the summer with two young children (3 and 1 at the time, will be 6 and 4 for our next one) with nothing to entertain them but the open road. We talk, we laugh, we play 20 questions. I wouldn't trade that time for the world.
We took our grandkids on a Dairy Queen blizzard vacation, each time we saw a dairy queen we would try (share) a different flavor.

Nope the tractor guy was delivering my box scraper and they started yelling at me and then accused the poor sales guy of being a contractor??? They are so weird

put up a big tall wooden fence so they can't be seen by the normal people

good thing i don't live there i would probably be in the "crowbar motel"

i can't stand people like that

Well seriously I am upset! lesson learned say no more, double boxing works but making sure they inner boxes are far enough away from the outer box! Let me know when you go again, only a doz in a box next time! its well worth the extra cost to ship in two!

Do you think the air flight has alot of effect on them as well?

i put newspaper wads at the bottom sides & top of my box

the eggs were double bubble wrapped & placed in the box big end up (eggs were in tight so nothing could move)

a big arrow was added to the outsides but not so sure all the usps people know what an arrow mean :)

i better get started on my report for school about dogs that salivate at the sound of a bell

2 more years & i'll be getting the winters off

i plan on building a couple of big coops in the Philippine province of Romblon where my inlaws are

have a great day everyone
