Gosh they are growing! Its really beenuess in just 6 weeks. i guess in 12 more you should start getting eggs.

11 day old merkan chickens in their new country

Merkan.....................first time I have seen that here, I used to see that used all the time on my palm tree forum......you're crackin me up, OZ.....
I be a lurkin Merkan.....well, I guess I just let myself out of the closet..now I must comment on the rest of the thread......it's freakin great!! Your librarian Mama should be very proud! Your writing is wonderful!! Wife seems perfect, chickens are cute, kids are even cuter, and your property looks AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I learnt the term "Merkan" from W. Coz he was proud to be Merkan.

I love lurken Merkens - glad you came by to say hi and thanks for the kind words.

Mrs Oz will break into laughter when she is described as perfect. In truth, my wife is an Asian lass with Spanish volatility. Lots of passion, lots of flames and lots and lots of laughs. Personally - I would not have it any other way. Living la vida loca.
