Oz,
Please accept my abject apologies for that post referencing Bernie and the chicken plucker. I have just, in the last hour, read those posts regarding his "employment record". I hope I didn't cause too much discomfort with that.
I have a long standing rule: "It's never the lion or the tiger in the jungle that you can SEE that gets you, it's always the one you DON'T see." And once again, I disregarded that rule and I didn't see all the lions and tigers.

In the beginning, I told myself I was gonna read all the posts before I started posting.....should'a stuck with it! I have fewer than a hundred pages left to go.

regards......

No worries lol

It was a good twist in the story

We will recover just fine. Things are going well. I just need to get over there and sort out the chickens then teach Dom a little on breeding principals but he sure can hatch a chick!

Oz,
Thank you. You're a kind and gracious man.

Now then....., I've never heard of a Swedish Flower chicken before I read this forum. I gotta say, if I were to grace my premises with decorative fowl, that would be my choice! And when I think of all the crazy chaotic colors endemic in the third world (jeepneys!), I don't see how anybody could miss if they were to go into the business of selling that breed in that environment. FWIW.

Y'all are so mean!

As an immigrant who couldn't drive til I was 26, I am on her side dangit. I too had to ask my husband which peddle was which again... to this day I have to remind myself B-ig peddle is B-rake each time I get in the car

Oh, and I totalled my first car, months after learning to drive.... smashed it right into the back of a Porsche Boxter.

In good news, since I was braking, my car took the brunt of the damage... whole front end gone, both airbags deployed... Boxter just had a cracked bumper

BUT, I had paid $5k cash for my 2004 Toyota corolla LE.. and the insurance gave me $7.5K to replace it.. so I won

I got me a 2005 Toyota Corolla S ... What? It's the only thing I knew how to drive. Should've seen me in the brand new Lincoln MKZ the insurance gave me for two weeks... I got pulled over because I couldn't figure out how to get the headlights to come on. Cop thought I was drunk
lol.png
I had to explain what had happened and he laughed. Nope.... I went RIGHT back to another Corolla, thanks. No fancy MKZ for me. All my coworkers were jealous as could be though... that car even had heating and cooling in the SEATS.
