Deb, I looked at what Avon sells over here, and didn't find anything called "Skin so soft bath oil". So it looks like I'll be sticking to the commercial products.

I saw a chart somewhere that listed the effective times for the various known mosquito repellent products. Deep woods off was the longest lasting at around 4 hours, any product with Deet was indicated to last the longest. Skin-so-soft products were only effective around 30 minutes. I've gone back to look at the source but I can't find it. I'll keep looking, I don't think it was sponsored by the manufacturer of Deet though.

I am still getting inquiries from thos ads I placed almost two months ago. Its down to 2 a week but not bad for secen week old ads that are buried.

We are also having people find us on Facebook.

Its just over 3 weeks till I get back over there. We should have enough chicks hatched by then to be able to build up our breeders and then start selling again by mid September.

Hopefully the point of lay pullets will start being layers this week or the next. The Marans are 26 weeks already.

A photo could be tricky but i will ask. These are cuckoo marans though
