What happens to the farm/hatchery once the whole family is stateside?

An interesting question.

When Bernie was there it ran very independently. Mrs Oz is visiting the farm every two to four weeks as we have ongoing construction.

I think Dominic will be there for a long time. He left before and regretted it. His wife was the cause of his departure and she has matured and now appreciated what the opportunity is.

I am looking for a farm "secretary" to run the finances and sales. I am also interviewing the college intern candidates this trip.

I will have to go over there 2 to 3 times a year - even for just a few days.

If it does not work, I will scale back

One person who's primary job is feeding animals, running incubators and animal health (Dominic)
One person who's primamry job is maintaining gardens (Don-Don)
One person as an assistant to the others and to cover their day off (Dominic's wife Ging)
One person to run sales, distribution and supply - not yet filled
