Getting the flock out of here - a diary of a crazy chicken man

Our girl got to decide what she will wear today. She chose to be a princess. She is recycling one of her flower girl outfits

Maybe I am just a biased parent, but I think she is such a pretty thing

Whoa, that was quite the read, I had a lot of catching up to do.

Oz, Toni is looking beautiful. Very nice dress, it's a good color on her, and it's a nice cut.

To go slightly off topic still, one of my favorite terms for people who work the land is the Finnish "jyväjemmari", whick would translate to "grain hider". It's used more in a good-natured way than redneck though.

Do you have any leads on a new maid already, Oz? And I hope you find an ag student soon. Once your operation has grown a bit more still, you might be able to offer some sort of internship in co-operation with some western universities too. A lot of Karin's classmates spent a month or two in India working in some vet clinics, I bet coaxing someone to the Philippines in midwinter would not be a hard sell.

thanks @vehve

Once I get my employee "barracks" built, I can entertain foreign interns. We can offer to domestic interns now but I need better continuity.

We are not looking for a maid. We can get a per diem maid for when we are there. Hopefully we can find an Ag Science persin we like and have the three guys working there.
