Well, I have a Dickie Incubator that holds 300+ eggs. I am setting it up for the first time this year and buying some eggs here in the next couple of days. I just want to make sure that things I remember are correct.

It is a cabinet and has a fan. just so all are aware

Temp is going to be 99.5 all the way through the incubation process
Humidity for day 1-18 is 25-35 or is is 35-45?
Humidity for day 19-21 is 55-60 or is it 45-55?

I just cannot remember exactly what I need it at. I know it is probably opinion based but what do you all keep it at and what have you all had great success at?

temp is fine i personally do dry hatches and average at 90% hatch but like you say everyone is very different sorry i couldnt be more help

I have the dickeys brand incubator and a dickeys hatcher. I incubate at 25% to 30% and I hatch at 55% to 65%. I personally wouldn't go much higher in hatching humidity than that.

ok thanks, I have been hearing some people hatch out at 70-75 percent humidity. Why would some one hatch this high? I was thinking around 65 to 70, Last year I hatched around 55 and I had quite a few chicks that didnt hatch but that were completely developed. So i decided this year to try a little bit more humidity this year.
