Crossing a Delaware male over any gold gene female breed will make you some pseudo Delawares/Barred columbian pattern. If your not breeding Delaware to Delaware you're just breeding cross breeds. Breeding Delaware to New Hampshire will keep the type similar but in doing so you are opening up the dreadful door to a brassiness/red plague.

Crossing Delaware male to a NH Female will give you Delaware hens.. at least genotypically.. Why?

they would be homozygous for eWh/eWh Co/Co and Hemizygous for the Sex linked genes S/- and B/-

NH dont carry much red enhancers and they wont show on a homozygous Columbian bird anyways
