Getting worse!!!!!Bumps On Wings!!?? Help Please PICS

I've never had any ducklings have this before... The only thing I could think of is either they have lice or mites. It could be the feathers coming in but I really don't know...

Ingestion of the Neosporin may be causing the digestive problems, i.e., diarrhea.

I don't see anything in the pics but if you're feeling a bump under the skin it could be the bone joint. they can feel weird when the "elbows" are bare like that. I hope that's all it is.

They are 2 weeks old. When did everyone elses wing feathers start to come in and how long did it take?
