Ghetto-fied coop by the hubby...

I love recycling stuff my DH built my new coop out of old pallets used left over plywood and old shower doors. It might not look like some of the fancy coops but it is great for the chickens. I am using an old dog house right now.

That's great! One of my favorite coops I actually saw on an Ikea hacks website. Here is the link to a bunk bed type coop. Smart thinking on both!

That's a great coop! And I like the one on Ikea hackers, too. I also used 'upcycled' products to build my coop - I especially like my truck 'topper' roof. It makes a small coop, 5ft x 6ft, but it's tall enough to walk into, and big enough for the lockup for my 7 chickens. They also have a run which is large.

Lay off your hubby he's doing a fantastic job.

Is that welded wire I see on the floor, just to note that the poop will not fall through the wire, it'll get stuck there instead.
