Ghost barring project

I'm wondering if my White Barred chick is Dominant White, plus Silver, since I'm still seeing no barring, & there's absolutely no leakage.

There's no Extended Black to allow barring to show on my bird.

What makes you think he's Delaware X Barred Rock? He doesn't seem to be double Barred.
Delawares are Silver Columbian, Barred, not Dominant White.

The only chicken I have that lays eggs like the one he came out of is my Delaware. So if he isn’t then I’m not sure who layed the egg that he hatched from.

Both Barred Rocks, & Delaware lay brown.

These are 100% hers. I only have one Delaware.

Delaware egg color does vary with individual birds, so it's possible your's is laying those eggs.

Just checked what kind of egg he came from.

I get off white, with speckles from my Barred Rocks.

He came from a medium brown egg. He couldn’t have come from my barred rock hen (no dom white Roos) so he had to have come from one of my 3 white hens
