I believe I know the mother of the oddball silkie, based on the egg color, & size.
It was Fluffy, my soon to be 9yr old Silkie hen.

Possible fathers, since the chick has walnut comb:
Floof, Silver Columbian(Project Giant Silkie F2)

Dottles, Partridge Bantam Silkie

Porcelain, Blue Partridge Bantam Silkie

Bigfoot, Silver Duckwing: Mille Fleur D'uccle/OEGB X Silkie cross.

Do any of those possible fathers have light skin? If so, that's probably the one who sired the oddball chick. If none have light skin, how long has it been since any hen had contact with any light-skinned rooster?

I see that Fluffy is white. Do you know whether she's got dominant or recessive white?

All roosters listed are black/dark skinned.
She's dominant white.

I’ve only read about 4-5 pages of your more recent progress. I’m starting a giant Silkie project too. I want giant white silkies with hallmark blue ears that lay blue eggs. So, I was very curious about Ghost and her specific lineage.
Ghost is Light Brahma/LF Silkie X LF Silkie.

I’ve always had aggressive silkie roosters and heard that they are aggressive so would they still be aggressive or are they just that way because their small? When I say aggressive I mean they always want to start something with another rooster and they think their all that.
Not all Silkie roosters are like that, though I do keep the ones you describe, cuz I don't like wimpy silkies. Mine are Largefowl Silkies though, only have a couple bantams.
