Year before last I ended up with a broiler silkie roo (dunno how or why) I hatched a clutch from him and a bantam silkie lady, got 2 cockerels, who are smaller than dad but bigger than a standard silkie roo. currently not intending to hatch more, but thought it might be relevant-ish to the thread, at least enough to post it here anyways.
I have Broiler Silkies too. I have offspring from Broiler hen X LF Silkie, & got LF Silkie hen from that crossing.

I think at some point I posted about this in the past but I’m not entirely sure, I like my broiler, but decided he didn’t really need to be with my tiny hens(standard silkie, sebright, and polish) so he currently gets to be roommates with his sons, a bantam silkie roo, and 2 other bantam Cochin roosters I have no use for (yet). The two cockerels he produced are pretty, not sure what to do with them at the moment lol.
