Wow, that's almost double A bantam silkie roo.
Here's a bantam Silkie rooster from Showstock.

Colors I plan on having for these guys are:
Columbian - Gold, Buff, & Silver

Partridge - Blue, Splash/Calico, Silver, Gold, & Red.

Duckwing - Silver, Gold, Red, & Golden.

Birchen - Copper, Silver, Splash, & Blue.

Cuckoo/Barred

Crele

White

Buff

Blue

Splash

Black

Mottled

Laced

I don't know if this has been said or not, but there are large variations of silkies. Not in America, but European countries. We have some family in Denmark who used to breed both bantam and large silkies.
It has been said, but the ones being bred by Mysterychicken are extra large due to them having Brahma blood in them

There's large Silkies in the US too actually. Here's my boy who jump started the project.

I've done my research into silkies, before I began this. Yes, LF silkies are more common in European countries, & Asia, but not that common in the US.

But the goal is to create 3ft tall Silkies, that are heavy weights.
