I'd go with the US Silkie(Bantam)
Why would you choose the USA silkie over a "normal" bantam?
Ayam Cemani and Svart Hona are the fibro breeds I see mentioned most often in the USA. I don't know enough about what's available to you in the Netherlands,
Ayam Cemani is widely available here since the Netherlands was the first European country to have them. I do already have an ayam cemani rooster.
Or you could assemble those traits from other breeds.
This is precisely what I am trying to do, Already figured out which breeds and colours I want to use first and now trying to figure out which type within those breeds.

The US Silkie Bantam is our normal Bantam.

Here in the Netherlands there seems to be a difference between the USA silkie and the bantam silkie. I do not know exactly what the difference is, maybe the bantam silkie is the chinese version.
Chinese version is Largefowl. It wasn't until they reached the UK, & America they got bantamized.

I wish these different types were better divided or explained. It's so confusing what the Dutch silkie bantams are. Haven't been able to find good sources so far, maybe a SOP book would explain it?
SOP only accepts the bantam variety. I've got the Book of SOP.

They credit Marco Polo for discovering the Silkie chicken.

Do you mean the bantam variety is the only one they permit? If so, you mean they "accept" it.

Or do you mean the bantam variety is the exception, and all the other forms are in the SOP? (I don't think that's correct, but it is how I first read your sentence.)

My phone put the wrong word. It was supposed to say accepts the bantam variety. Thanks for catching that.

I do hate my phone sometimes. It likes to put thar instead of that as well.
