Gifs aren't loading

All of the gifs that others are posting (I rarely use them) aren't loading:

(Sorry to use your post, @ColtHandorf , but it's the one that made me think of it lol)
I reload my page and still can't see them.
I can see them on my phone, but not my laptop. I"m using (I think) the latest version of google chrome windows 10.

They're loading fine for me.
It's probably either a browser issue or a connection issue.

@black_cat a good starting point would be to do an internet speed test, and to make sure that an ad blocker isn't enabled.

Your not alone. I have the exact same issue. It used to be fine up until about a week ago. I only use a phone, I don't own a laptop.
It is a bit annoying but tbf I've yet to see a useful gif.

For me, images take a few minutes to load, no matter what device I’m on. I end up with this at first:
