I don’t personally have an ad blocker, though I wasn’t The Who was physically seeing the issue. I was Only the one who posted the pictures that had the issue. I’ll ask the person who saw it if they have one. And see if I can politely ask them to remove it.

No, but that doesn't eliminate the possibility that the issue was caused by a connection / internet speed issue, since you said that the gifs loaded fine for you.
