Thank you everyone! We wound up in a fight with them over what we are "allowed" to get the kids, and in the end, it will only be a DVD and a couple small toys. Everything I mentioned was too advanced, too baby, or they won't let them use it. So, there it is

We have hired a PI, and have requested that he be throurough (sp?) As for CPS, we called many times, and were told that as they see Pediatricians when needed and they do eventually take her to the ER, they are doing everything correct, and if the Drs think there is an issue they will open a case. However, every time they go to the ER they go to a different one, so that is not gonna happen. I think the way to go is to get the PI involved, and hope he can get us as much info as possible.
