My friend and I were talking chickens, and his daughter said they poop them out.
He said "Noooo, they don't do that, it comes from somewhere else" (meaning a different "hole/passage")
He said this with much conviction, he really thinks this.
Should I tell him?

I'd tell him, because if you didn't know how birds' excretion systems work, this would be a logical thing to think...based on mammal's bodies.

You might want to warm him up with human anatomy first, more so the female as it relates to childbirth. After they have the basics down then move to the chicken anatomy in relationship to egglaying.

My grandmother told me they came out from underneath the wing. I believed her.
