Girl acting strange? Getting ready to lay first egg?

Just counted and mine were 21 weeks yesterday (egg discovery day). I suppose the give or take a week may make a difference?

My Easter egger and 2 rIr just started laying - born around Mar 1, did not lay till last day of July- 21 weeks. The Cuckoo maran laid her first today all most 22 week, I'm not sure about the barred rock but the buff orp is not laying yet.
